Podcast interview - Not Just Anything

My friend and all-round exceptional human, Bex Craig, speaks to ordinary women who are curating their life by design rather than by default. So I was thrilled when she invited me to be a podcast guest for one of her earliest episodes.

I’ve known Bex for over 12 years, first as work colleagues in Sydney, and more recently as close friends in Singapore with kids of similar ages (4 boys between us!).

Bex is an executive coach and runs her business Be-X-Co where her mission is to “help emerging leaders fly”. I was lucky to have her counsel when at a career crossroads, and she was instrumental in helping me identify what was important to me and helped me dare to dream about what might be possible outside the corporate world.

Bex is a gifted interviewer and active listener, and I genuinely enjoyed our chat. In our conversation, I share with Bex my drivers for leaving the corporate world, my passion for making an impact in the field of sustainability, and the values that drive me to live a conscious life.

I hope you will enjoy this episode, and indeed check out the other episodes of “Not Just Anything” on her site.
